'Indian Larry Memorial Field Tribute'

Gary Planken, Long Beach NY. USA Documentary Feature - 80 minutes

New York City Premiere!

Legendary Chopper Builder 'Indian Larry' died in 2004 while performing a stunt during a television show taping in North Carolina. Indie filmmaker Gary Planken captures heartfelt and candid interviews with Indian Larry's wife Bambi, his mother, partners and friends as they speak about 'The Legend' one year later. Artist Roger Baker created 'The World's Largest Portrait of Indian Larry in a farmers field in upstate New York, and invited all his loved ones. They came on Larry's most famous choppers, we flew them over the field portrait in vintage bi-planes. Hang gliders were flying overhead. They say it was a day they'll remember the rest of their lives, unforgetable. "An Eloquent and Remarkable Documentary"' says the New York Times.
