North Brother is an urban exploration raft trip through New York City that follows five explorers on their visit to North Brother Island, a small island in the East River. Abandoned for over 50 years and technically off limits, they reach the island after passing through the dangerous confluence of three separate bodies of water. the explorers then paddle downstream from the Bronx to Brooklyn and meditate on the rewards of seeking adventure outside of traditional boundaries.

He starts writing a note with his pistol right next to him on the table, however he still has not made his decision, instead, 'C' dreams about the place of his childhood and the carousel in the rain.
