He had kept what he describes as 'my living piece of art' a secret as a career Baltimore City Planner a secret under his suit and tie until he retired in 2007. Then he shaved his head and started working on his face. His life is no longer his own. In the short, Mr. Hall explains his philosophy behind his life choice and we see what happens when the reclusive retiree takes a stroll through the city.
